Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post or other available providers.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

- Delays
- Lost packages
- Additional fees
caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, CINCO FOOTBALL SHIRTS is not responsible for shipping delays.
6. Local Pickup (Montreal)
We may offer local pickup or delivery within Montreal.
