2. Use of the Website

By using our Site, you confirm that you are:

Providing accurate, up-to-date information when purchasing.

3. Products & Descriptions

However:

Logo placement, tags, or small manufacturing differences may occur between batches or years.
Vintage or retro jerseys may show minor wear (specified in product description).

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

We accept the following payment methods:

Apple Pay, Google Pay
PayPal (if enabled)
E-transfer (optional, if you use it)

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the charged amount.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order and another email when your order ships.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Suspected fraud
Incorrect shipping info
Product no longer available

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to:

Canada (Nationwide)
Local pickup in Montreal (if enabled)

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.

CINCO FOOTBALL SHIRTS is not responsible for:

Delays caused by Canada Post or other carriers
Wrong addresses entered by the customer
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final .We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Authenticity

We take authenticity seriously.
All jerseys are verified by CINCO FOOTBALL SHIRTS.

We clearly distinguish between:

Authentic jerseys (player issue, original replica/fan version, or officially licensed releases)
Retro or vintage reproductions, are NOT sold by CINCO FOOTBALL SHIRTS

We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate.
However, if a customer believes an item has been incorrectly labeled or authenticated, they may request a review.
